Little Mamas Nursery Return Policy

At Little Mamas Nursery, every adoption is special. We want you to love your new baby and adoption experience. Because of the nature of our products, please review our return policy carefully before purchasing.

All Sales Final

Due to the collectible and personal nature of our baby dolls and accessories, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Inspection Period

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery or pickup. If there is an issue with your baby or an item included in your order, you must contact Little Mamas Nursery within 3 days of delivery or pickup.

To report an issue, please email us at hello@littlemamasnursery.com or message us through our social media pages with:

• Your order number
• Photos of the issue
• A brief description of the concern

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged during shipping or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within the 3-day inspection period. We will review the issue and work with you to determine an appropriate solution.

Silicone and Doll Care

Our dolls are intended for gentle play and display. Damage resulting from improper handling, misuse, accidents, alterations, exposure to extreme temperatures, pets, or normal wear and tear is not covered under this policy.

Please follow all care instructions provided with your baby.

Adoption Deposits and Appointment Fees

All appointment deposits and virtual nursery visit fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Deposits may be applied toward your adoption purchase according to the terms provided at the time of booking.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are non-refundable. If an approved replacement is issued due to an error on our part, Little Mamas Nursery will provide instructions regarding return shipping if necessary.
