Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped within 48 business hours after payment has been received and cleared.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Please note that processing times may be extended during major sales events, holidays, severe weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Carrier
Little Mamas Nursery ships all orders through UPS.
If you require a different shipping method, please contact us before placing your order to discuss available options and any additional shipping costs.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on package size, weight, destination, and applicable carrier rates.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information so you can follow your baby’s journey home.
Delivery Times
Delivery estimates are provided by UPS and are not guaranteed by Little Mamas Nursery. Delivery times may vary due to weather, customs processing, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
International Shipping
Little Mamas Nursery proudly ships worldwide.
Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their country. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping charges and must be paid by the recipient.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that products purchased from Little Mamas Nursery comply with any import regulations in their country.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Little Mamas Nursery is not responsible for delays, lost packages, returned packages, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
Shipping Damage
All orders are carefully packaged before leaving our nursery.
Little Mamas Nursery is not responsible for damage that occurs during shipping or handling by the carrier. If your package arrives damaged, please retain all packaging materials and contact UPS directly to initiate a claim.
We recommend inspecting your package immediately upon delivery.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been accepted by UPS, ownership and responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer.
Little Mamas Nursery is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages once they are in the possession of the carrier.
If you experience a shipping issue, we will gladly provide any documentation needed to assist you in working directly with UPS.
