Overview
These Terms of Service ('Terms') govern your access to and use of the Little Mamas Nursery website, online store, products, services, virtual nursery visits, gift cards, and in-person adoption experiences. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

2. Eligibility
You represent that you are at least 18 years of age or have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use our Services.
3. Products and Services
Little Mamas Nursery sells collectible silicone dolls, doll accessories, nursery products, gift cards, and related merchandise. We also offer optional in-person adoption experiences and Virtual Nursery Visits. Product descriptions, photographs, colors, sizes, and weights are provided as accurately as possible but may vary slightly.
4. Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order because of pricing errors, inventory issues, suspected fraud, or other legitimate business reasons.
5. Pricing and Payment
Prices may change without notice. Payment is due at checkout. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, customs duties, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
6. Shipping
Orders are generally processed within 48 business hours. We primarily ship using UPS, although alternate carriers may be used upon request when available. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Once a shipment has been accepted by the carrier, risk of loss transfers to the customer. Little Mamas Nursery is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, weather events, customs delays, or damage caused during transit.
7. Returns and Damaged Items
Please review our Refund Policy for complete details. Any shipping damage, missing items, or defects must be reported within three (3) days of delivery. Failure to notify us within that period may limit available remedies.
8. Adoption Experiences
Our adoption experiences are optional retail experiences designed for entertainment and memory-making. Purchasing a doll does not require participation. All dolls sold by Little Mamas Nursery are collectibles and toys and are not intended to function as real infants or medical devices.
9. Gift Cards
Gift cards are non-refundable unless required by law and have no cash value except where required by applicable law.
10. Intellectual Property
All logos, trademarks, photographs, videos, product listings, graphics, text, artwork, branding, and website content are the exclusive property of Little Mamas Nursery and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
11. User Conduct
You agree not to misuse the website, violate applicable laws, interfere with website security, submit false information, upload malicious software, scrape content, or infringe the rights of others.
12. Third-Party Services
Our website may utilize third-party providers, including payment processors and e-commerce platforms, to provide Services. Their use is governed by their own policies and terms.
13. Warranty Disclaimer
Except where prohibited by law, all products and services are provided 'as is' and 'as available.' We disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Little Mamas Nursery shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from use of our website, products, or services.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Little Mamas Nursery from claims arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of our Services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any legal action shall be brought in the appropriate courts located within Tennessee.

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
